Wahoo it’s Friday!  Have any fun weekend plans?  We have some great food ideas for you and your friends!

This one is the perfect summer lunch in this hot hot weather.

Cut a banana into half inch thick slices, put the slices in the freezer to chill, spread peanut butter on them to create mini peanut butter and banana sandwiches!

They are delicious, nutritious, and carb free!
