Charlie Sheen is back at it and the role couldn’t be more perfect. Sheen was cast in upcoming sitcom “Anger Management”. The sitcom, which is based off of the Jack Nicholson movie, hasn’t yet been picked up by a network but that hasn’t stopped Sheen from scoring the part. In his first role post-crazy blow-up, Sheen will be playing the therapist who needs a little anger management himself.
In the statement released by TMZ, Sheen explains, “I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept.”
He continues, “Anger Management also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth.”
We think you’ll do a GREAT job portraying a crazy therapist, Charlie!
