It keeps getting harder to go outside when the temperature continues to rise. One trick to keep cool is to wet a washcloth with cool water and a splash of the astringent Seabreeze. Apply to the back of your neck, and even dab it on your face – so refreshing! Also, remember to stay hydrated, we found that drinking a sports drink an hour or so before you exercise (and drinking while exercising) keeps you fueled and hydrated.
