Its hot days like today when all you want is a nice cold and refreshing, fruity summer smoothie! With thanks to our BFF’s at Eating Well Magazine we have found the perfect, as they call it “meal in a glass” smoothie recipe. This antioxidant rich smoothie will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world!
1 ¼ cup fresh berries
¾ cup low fat plain yogurt
½ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend together and get sipping!
