Ice cream and summer seem to go hand-in-hand. As do smoothies, milkshakes, and frozen yogurt. But what about a lassi to cool you off on a hot day? This Indian treat is yogurt infused with various spices and (in the sweeter versions) fruits such as bananas, mangos, strawberries, etc. The drink itself is not as thick as its milkshake or smoothie relatives. The Indian yogurt adds a tartness, and the spices add a surprising kick, which is turned sweet by the fruit. We love it!
