Oh, LiLo… Arriving ‘fashionably late’ isn’t meant for the court house.
Lindsay Lohan showed up to her court appearance 30 minutes late this morning sporting a skin-tight, nude Latex dress, black tights, and pleather shoes. Accompanied by her mother, Dina, and sister, Ali, Lindsay pleaded not guilty to her grand theft charge after being accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie & Company on January 22.
According to People.com, “Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz is giving her two more weeks — until March 25 — to accept a plea deal in her necklace theft case. If Lohan doesn’t accept the plea terms, which were undisclosed, the case will move toward a preliminary hearing in which evidence and testimony will be heard to see if a trial is warranted.”
Since the trial, Kamofie & Company has put the now-famous necklace up for auction and giving proceeds to a charity of their choice.
What do you think about this case? Do you really think our “Mean Girl” would intentionally steal a necklace?! We sure hope this doesn’t get any uglier..
