Miss Jackson stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show for her first solo interview and opened up about school, her acting career, what it was like wearing THAT mask, and the most memorable advice her famous father gave her.
On acting: Jackson told Ellen that she’s wanted to act since “I was really little. My dad was in the movie Moonwalker and I knew he could sing really well, but I didn’t know he could act. I saw that and I said, ‘Wow, I want to be just like him.’
On school: Paris said “I love it. It’s definitely a different experience” but she goes on to say that the kids treat her normally.
On wearing the mask: Miss Jackson thought to herself, “This is stupid. Why am I wearing a mask? But I kind of realized the older I got like he only tried to protect us and he’d explain that to us, too.”
On her dad’s most memorable advice: MJ told his daughter,’ if I die tomorrow, always remember what I told you.’ “I took his advice and I remembered everything he told me.”
Paris’s appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airs this Thursday.
