Candy Corn

Casserole doesn’t exactly make our mouths salivate, rather images of grandma’s green bean casserole come to mind… BUT this casserole is actually amazing. It is slightly sweet, creamy, and PERFECT for Thanksgiving. Bring this dish to your family’s table and everyone will be pumped!

What you need:


½ cup butter, melted

2 eggs, beaten

1 package dry cornbread mix (approx. 8.5 ounces)

1 can whole kernel corn, drained (approx. 15 ounces)

1 can creamed corn (approx. 14.75 ounces)

1 cup sour cream


What you Do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9 x 9 inch dish

In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream

Mix until incorportated

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown
