Another Food Network hit! This time it is a delicious savory appetizer, Everyone’s favorite…spinach and artichoke dip. It is surprisingly easy and will please any Holiday (or any day) crowd!


What you need:


1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

2 cans of artichoke hearts

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

1 cup grated pepper jack cheese


What to do:


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Grease casserole dish with nonstick spray

Microwave the spinach on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry

Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop

Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl

Stir well

Scrape into casserole dish and sprinkles the jack cheese on top

Bake for 30 minutes

Serve with Bagel chips
